BoClassic 2012The 38th edition of the international New Year's Eve Run - BOclassic holds in Bozen/Bolzano, Italy on Monday 31 December, 2012.

World Cross Country champion Imane Merga from Ethiopia and vice world champion Sylvia Kibet from Kenya are the first big names to be revealed.

Both athletes have won before in Bozen/Bolzano and the 2012 edition of the BOclassic will feature over 15,000 spectators, crackling suspense and top class runners.

In 1975, Bozen/Bolzano took the New Year's Eve Run of Sao Paolo as example: Bozen/Bolzano's own news Year's Eve Run was born.

Today, the BOclassic is considered the best cast New Year's Eve Run in the world.
